This public service booklet of CCLFI shows several examples - with scientific, experiential, and biblical references - of how what we think, feel, intend, and perceive do result in changes on our health, relationships, other people, and the world outside. Our inner life does shape our outer life.
Hence, it is our responsibility to learn to manage our thoughts, emotions, intentions, and attention. Personal practices are suggested in various chapters. More practices can be found in other CCLFI books, such as "Our Hearts and Minds Together: A Practical Handbook in Emotional Intelligence" and "Follow Your Creative Pathway: Pursuing Your Next Life Mission."
